(MUSIC THEORY HELP)Can Somebody explain what note this is?

Im a begginer in piano, i just started playing not too long ago and im teaching myself MUSIC THEORY as well. so far its been ok but now im a little confused with reading the notes. I understand the Concepts such as EVERY GOOD BOY DOES FINE, FACE, ALL COWS EAT GRASS and so on however; How would i read a Quarter note thats below the LAST line on the staff? like the one in the link below

The note in the link is a middle C.

The G-clef “curls around” the second line, which means that G above middle C is to be placed on that line. From there you count up or down to find the placements for the other notes.

There are other clefs as well, the bass- or F-clef is the most common one, That one defines where the F below middle C should be placed.
